Some posts work better than others in terms of generating engagement and the ones that work best are usually those that look more organic and natural. However, sometimes pure advertising turns out great and this is exactly what happened in the last few weeks. Cristiano Ronaldo’s post for Herbalife was the most engaging post of the last month. He got more than 1.2m engagements on his Instagram (most engaging platform) post, which represents an engagement rate of a 4.2%, not far from the 5.2% that his best posts get.
