Brand ambassadors are a fantastic way to raise awareness and give visibility to a brand. Football is the world’s most popular sport. Combine them both and you get David Beckham to promote your products. Telecoms company Sprint produced a short film, which has been aired in the US, with the football legend to try to increase their market share in front of tough competitors (which also use football in their marketing strategies) like AT&T or T-Mobile.

The English star proves that whether you’re David Beckham, a worldwide soccer phenom or superstar of your subdivision, you’re done with all the confusing small print, complicated offers and other so-called deals filled with fluff. A clever ad by Sprint using one of the most influential athletes of the last century.
