Cristiano Ronaldo pose for Vogue España and Neymar for Brazil’s edition

Cristiano Ronaldo is not only the best player in the world (winner this year of the Ballon D’Or), but the best poser in the world, as his Vogue cover demonstrates.

Photographed by Mario Testino, Ronaldo stripped for the page one shot with her girlfriend, the Russian model Irina Shayk, accompanied with the headline “Amor y Fútbol” – Love and Football.

A great example of the impact football players can have, even making it to the cover of some of the most important fashion magazines.

It seems that the binding between a model and a player is getting trendy now that the World Cup is coming. Vogue, has now unveiled the cover of the Brazilian edition, the host country of the World Cup . And who better than their more international supermodel , Gisele Bundchen and one of its young stars , Neymar Jr. to star. It’s not a secret that Neymar is considered one of the most marketable players of the World and this is just another example of the impact the World Cup has and how big Neymar  is in Brazil.

The main difference between the two professional couples is that Cristiano and Irina maintain a relationship in real life, which helped make the photo shoot more sensual, according to the renowned Peruvian photographer,  Mario Testino, who took the pictures.

Neymar , Gisele and Mario posted pictures of the shoot on their Instagram accounts to promote the photo shoot and to show their complicity to their fans.
